2. Tonic Water Bath
This may sound odd but tonic water can help you get rid of the swollen feet and ankles.
Soak your feet in room temperature tonic water, or in cold if you can bare it, for half an hour. The quinine and the bubbles can be of a big help in the process of reducing inflammation.
3. Salt Water Bath
Prepare a salt water bath by adding a handful of Epsom salts in a bucket of water, enough to cover your ankles. Epsom salts are amazing for relaxing the muscles.
