1. Mint Bath

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups water
  • ½ cup mint leaves

How to Use:

Place the mint leaves and water in a pot over fire. Let it stand for about 10 minutes, then remove from fire and let it cool down for about 10 minutes. Pour the water in a bucket and soak your feet for half an hour.

2. Tonic Water Bath

This may sound odd but tonic water can help you get rid of the swollen feet and ankles.

Soak your feet in room temperature tonic water, or in cold if you can bare it, for half an hour. The quinine and the bubbles can be of a big help in the process of reducing inflammation.

3. Salt Water Bath

Prepare a salt water bath by adding a handful of Epsom salts in a bucket of water, enough to cover your ankles. Epsom salts are amazing for relaxing the muscles.
