Menstrual Cramps are the worst thing to happen to any woman. These occur when the muscle gets too tired or lack oxygen, for example when we work out a lot at once, the body is unable to supply ample amount of oxygen to muscles so it results in these cramp pains. These pains are so irritating because you feel them at a movement only so they hinder your daily routine
.
One can get a muscle cramp in any part of the body such as legs, arms or stomach. Stomach cramps can be a result of improper sleeping positions – when you sleep in a crunched position, you are likely to wake up with a muscle cramp. Then, women get cramps during menstrual cycle, here the pain is very strong and it extends to the lower abdomen and the back area. Taking pain killers is often suggested by the doctors but they have their side effects.

Warmth is usually known to sooth cramp pains. Coffee, tea or placing a warm water bottle on the affected area really helps in decreasing the intensity of the pain. We have a better solution to decrease cramp pains. For this solution you will need the following ingredients.
